Products

 

For cakes:

  • Condensed milk – 150 g
  • Sour cream 25% – 250 g (1 cup)
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 180 g (1 cup)
  • Cocoa – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Flour – 240 g (1.5 cups)
  • Soda – 1 tsp

Cream:

  • Butter (softened) – 300 g
  • Condensed milk – 150 g
  • Cocoa – 1 tbsp. l.

For glaze:

  • Chocolate 70% – 150 g
  • Cream 33% – 150 g
  • Butter – 20 g

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the cake

 

Beat eggs with sugar until light. Add condensed milk, sour cream, stir. Sift flour, soda, and cocoa into the resulting mass. Mix with a spatula, then beat the dough with a mixer at low speed until smooth. Cover the bottom of the form with parchment (form diameter 24 cm). Divide the dough into 3 parts and bake three identical cakes. Bake chocolate cake layers in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove the finished cakes from the mold onto a wire rack and leave to cool completely.

Prepare cream ingredients. Beat soft butter until light and airy. Condensed milk and cocoa should be added, mixed with a silicone spatula, and then smoothed out with a mixer. Put the cakes on top of one another after spreading them with cream to assemble the cake. A thin layer of cream is also spread on the cake’s edges and top cake.

To set the cream, put the chocolate cake in the refrigerator. Get the chocolate ganache ready. The chocolate must first be broken before being heated in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Keep in mind that moderation is key. Pour heated cream over the chocolate after bringing the cream to a boil. Stir the mixture until the cream and chocolate are completely melted. Add butter, mix until smooth. Drizzle homemade Prague cake with chocolate icing. Leave the cake on a wire rack to drain excess frosting off the cake.
